Is there really no setup fee?
None. You start paying the monthly price the day your site goes live, not before. We even design your new homepage first so you can see it before anything is charged.
How do I pay?
By Direct Debit, one monthly payment. It covers everything: the build, hosting, your domain and email, security, and any changes.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. There’s no minimum term and you can cancel any time. Your site stays live for as long as you’re subscribed.
What counts as a “change”?
Edits to your words, images, sections or pages. Send them over and we take care of them within your plan’s turnaround, at no extra cost.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Move up whenever you like and we handle the switch. You are never boxed in by a decision you made on day one.
Do you really host it all?
Yes. Hosting on a fast CDN, your domain, business email, SSL and daily backups are all included and managed for you. Nothing to set up or renew.
Can I buy my website outright?
Yes. You can buy your site at any point and take it with you, and the price comes down the longer you’ve been with us, because you’ve already paid off more of the build. Every project is different, so we quote it at the time rather than pretending one figure fits everyone. Your domain, content and data are yours from day one either way.
