Payment and pricing
What does £199 get me?
The £199 setup fee covers the design and build of your website. We scope everything with you before we start, build it, and hand it over for review. Once you're happy and it goes live, your monthly payments begin.
Is the setup fee refundable?
Yes. If you're not satisfied with the finished site before launch, your £199 is refunded in full. No questions asked.
What does £49 a month cover?
Everything your website needs to stay live and looked after. Hosting, security, maintenance, software updates, and UK based support. Nothing extra unless you choose an add-on.
Can I switch from monthly to owning it outright later?
Yes. At any point on the monthly plan you can pay a one-time fee to own the site outright. We'll work out a fair price based on how long you've been a subscriber.
Are there any other costs?
Your domain name is registered separately, typically £10 to £15 a year, unless you use your own domain, which you're free to do. Everything else is covered. No surprise invoices.
The build
How long does it take?
Typically two to three weeks from when we start. We'll agree a timeline with you before we begin.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, any brand guidelines, the content for each page, and answers to a short brief. We'll guide you through exactly what we need.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds of revisions are included. We want you genuinely happy with the site before it goes live.
After launch
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Every site comes with a powerful content management system. Update text, images and pages yourself, without needing a developer or a support ticket.
