What we do
Three ways we can help
Most people want our pay monthly websites. The other two exist because some businesses need something a website can't do.

Talk to usHow it works
See the work before you spend a penny
Every other agency asks you to pay first and trust that it works out. We flipped it.
Give us your web address
Thirty seconds. Your URL and an email, nothing else. No brief to write, no call to book, no card.
We redesign your homepage
We rebuild it properly and send it back to you. Not a template with your logo dropped in. An actual redesign of your actual page.
You decide
Like it? We build the rest for £199 and £49 a month. Don't? Keep the mockup, owe us nothing, and we won't chase you.
That's you
We build for businesses like yours
Tap your line of work and see the one thing a proper website would do for you.
Not on the list? We've almost certainly built for something like it. Show us your website and we'll prove it.

Most small businesses undervalue their website, and quietly lose the work it should have won them.
Not because they chose badly. Because a website is the one part of the business nobody ever tells you how to judge.
The alternatives
Why us, and not Wix or Squarespace
They're all decent tools, and so is asking an AI to build you a page. But a tool is still a tool: you're the one who has to know what converts, spot when it doesn't, and fix it. Here's when each of them beats us, and what it tends to cost you.
Build 76 vs Wix
Pick them when
You want it live this weekend and you enjoy fiddling with it yourself.
The catch
You're the designer, the copywriter and the support team. Most people run out of evenings before the site is finished.
Full comparisonBuild 76 vs Squarespace
Pick them when
You have strong photography and you want a template to stay out of its way.
The catch
Beautiful until you need something the template didn't anticipate. Then you're stuck, or paying someone to fight it.
Full comparisonBuild 76 vs AI
Pick them when
You want something online in minutes and you already know what makes a site convert.
The catch
AI builds a page, not a result. It can't tell you why nobody is enquiring, or fix it. Knowing what to keep is the whole job.
Full comparisonBuild 76 vs GoDaddy
Pick them when
You need a domain. They're fine at selling domains.
The catch
The website builder is an upsell attached to a domain registrar. It shows, and the renewal prices climb.
Full comparisonBuild 76 vs WordPress
Pick them when
Your time is genuinely free, you're a bit technical, and you want to learn.
The catch
It's a toolkit, not a finished site. You become its builder, host, security team and the one fixing it when a plugin breaks.
Full comparisonBuild 76 vs Just a Facebook page
Pick them when
You're getting all the work you need from Facebook and Instagram already.
The catch
You're building on rented land. Nobody finds it on Google, you don't own it, and one algorithm change and your reach is gone.
Full comparisonWhat we sell is not a tool. We build with the same AI everyone has; the difference is we know what converts, how to direct it, and how to keep the thing working. If that's worth £49 a month to you, we're probably a good fit.
Don't take our word for it
Businesses that made the move.
“The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout! Quick responses, clear updates, and genuine care for getting every detail right. Couldn't recommend Gavin enough.”
“Working with Gavin and the team on our new website was a game-changer. They understood the complexities of estate agency and how critical speed is for keeping users engaged. The Reapit integration alone has saved us countless hours of manual work. We've seen a genuine uplift in valuations and viewings since launch.”
“We had an excellent experience with Gavin. Signing up online was simple and straightforward, and we felt truly valued throughout the process. The communication was outstanding, and we have nothing but praise for the entire journey. The results have been absolutely fantastic.”
“James and Gavin deserve nothing but praise for their outstanding work! Our old website had been neglected for far too long, but in just a few weeks, they transformed it into something truly exceptional. We've leapt ahead of our competition. Highly recommended!”
The obvious questions
You're right to be sceptical
“Free” usually means something. Here it doesn't, but here are the answers anyway.
Is it really free? What's the catch?
Genuinely free, and there's no catch hidden in the small print. The honest logic is this: most people who see their website done properly want us to finish it. We're betting on that. If we're wrong, we've lost a few hours and you've lost nothing.
Do I have to pay anything to see the redesign?
No. We never ask for a card to show you the work. You only pay the £199 setup once you've seen the redesign and decided you want the full site built.
How long does it take?
The free redesign preview takes three working days. Once you approve it, building the full site is typically two to three weeks.
Do I have to pay monthly, and what does the £49 cover?
You pay monthly, with no minimum term, and can cancel whenever you like. The £49 covers hosting, security, maintenance, and your changes: we keep the site online, fast and up to date, and you can ask us to update content without touching code.
How much does a small business website cost?
A small business website is £199 to set up, then £49 a month, all in, with no big upfront bill. That's the affordable, pay-monthly option most people take. If you'd rather own the site outright, it's a one-off £1,500 instead.
Do I own my website?
On the monthly plan we own and maintain it for you, which is what keeps the cost low. If you'd rather own the code outright, that's a one-off of £1,500 instead, with optional hosting and support after.
What if I don't have a website yet?
Then there's nothing to redesign, but we can still help. Send us your Google listing or a social page and we'll show you what a real site would look like, or just get in touch and we'll talk it through.
