You always know whose turn it is
The commonest reason a website takes six months is that nobody is sure who is holding it up. The portal says what is missing, and from whom.
Requests, not email chains
Change requests live against the project, with a thread and any files attached. Nothing gets lost three replies down in a mail chain.
Billing in the same place
What you pay, when it goes out, and what you have added on. There is no separate invoicing portal to log into.
No training required
Built for business owners, not project managers. There is no Gantt chart and there are no story points.
