The brief

Fraser Water Services is an established commercial water network specialist based in County Durham, serving water companies, local authorities, and commercial clients across the region. Their work covers everything from reactive emergency plumbing to large scale water mains repairs, pressure management, and tank installations. They hold a strong portfolio of accreditations including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Cyber Essentials Plus, Achilles UVDB, and SSIP membership. With over 15 years of experience in the sector, their reputation was built on reliable, professional service. But their website wasn't telling that story.

What we did

We treated this as a ground up rebuild rather than a migration. The goal was to create a site that immediately communicates authority and expertise in commercial water services, while making it as easy as possible for visitors to get in touch. Every design decision was made with the target audience in mind: facilities managers, procurement teams at water companies, and local authority contacts who need to trust a contractor before picking up the phone. Speed was also a priority. Fraser Water Services needed the site live quickly so they could start building their portfolio of case studies and prepare for upcoming service expansions. We designed the architecture so that everything is ready to go: new pages, case studies, and service sections can all be added without needing to come back to Build 76 for development work.

The outcome

Since launching the new site, Fraser Water Services has seen an increase in customer enquiries. The professional design and strategic CTA placement are converting visitors into leads more effectively than the old Framer site. The site launched on a tight timeline, giving the team a credible online presence while they continue gathering case study content and prepare to expand their service offering. The entire platform is set up and ready to grow with the business, with no dependency on Build 76 for day to day content changes or new pages.
